Pre-board meeting
We offer to meet owners before their cat stays with us in order to ensure we’re ready for their arrival. Whether it’s their favourite lounging spots, specific dietary requirements or preferred sleeping and playtime arrangements, we customise our care to match their individual needs in advance. You can also add all of this extra information when booking.
Delivery and collection
To make things easier, we offer a car service to and from our cattery. You can arrange for the collection or delivery of your cats at a time that suits.
Local collection rates start at £10 (inc VAT), depending on the distance.

Home from home
Whilst we can provide everything your cat will need to enjoy their stay, We encourage owners to bring along any of their cats favourites...from beds to toys, we welcome them all to ensure the cats feels even more at home.
Feed and Medication
We offer a variety of wet and dry food for your cat to enjoy, and you are welcome to bring the diet they eat at home to maintain their feeding routine. Your cat will have fresh drinking water each day and special diets are also catered for (just let us know prior to booking).
When your cat is in our care, we have no problem administering medications and supplements, as long as we know prior to booking.

Upgrades
Whilst your cat stays with us, we offer an upgrade of 'Afternoon- tea'
for a small extra cost (see price list).
We can also give your cats the option of cat treats with the owners prior consent.
